About the role

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Storeperson/Delivery Driver to join and support the daily operations of our Wagga Wagga branch.

This is a dual-role position involving general warehouse tasks and delivering our products to our valued customers. You'll be picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, keeping the warehouse tidy and safe, and delivering products directly to our customers- this is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work, customer service, and being out on the road.

What will your day look like?

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time

  • ​​Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

  • Monitor inventory levels and alert supervisors or stock issues

  • Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices

  • Assist in inventory cycle counts and discrepancy investigations

  • Assist in unloading deliveries and checking items against delivery dockets

  • Communicate order status and delivery information to customers

  • Site Deliveries

  • Record customer feedback and escalate product issues

  • Assemble parts or kits to production standards

  • Conduct visual quality checks on completed assemblies

  • Maintain cleanliness and order of warehouse

  • Report assembly issues

What will you bring to the role?

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse, delivery driving or logistics environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Customer focused and good at building interpersonal relationship.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes.
  • Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills to follow written communication and complete standard forms.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using warehouse management systems.
  • Current C Class Driver's License (Delivery truck is manual)
  • Forklift License (LF)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong understanding of WHS requirements in a warehouse setting.
